Service Plans
Service plans and agreements are available for those that would like a monthly commitment. Our service plans are designed to be mutually beneficial and are customized to meet your individual needs. We also offer network monitoring with our Network Early Warning System (News). NEWS will monitor your critical servers and provide alerts via email, SMS etc..
No tricks or tactics just honest hard work
Any service plan agreement or contract with PCS can be canceled instantly by either party for any reason at any time. There are no contractual obligations to use our services.
Our customers use us because they want to, not because they have to.
It is important to understand the different approach we have towards customer service and service agreements, we do not require our customers to sign complex legal documents. We do not trick customers into never ending service commitments. We do not believe in legal contracts designed to make us money without providing anything in return. Instead we rely on good service, hard work, honesty and integrity to keep our customers happy.
